PlanToCutIQ API

The backend API is running correctly on port 8000.

This port serves the JSON API only — it does not serve the application UI.

• App (UI): http://localhost:3000
• API docs: http://localhost:8000/docs
• Health check: http://localhost:8000/api/health

Seed credentials are configured via CUTRIGHT_DEV_PASSWORD and CUTRIGHT_ADMIN_PASSWORD env vars (printed to stdout on first run if not set).
